Post Chat Survey

Mioot provides an elaborate, highly versatile survey management system. This feature is developed and incorporated keeping the research point in view. The visitors will be requested to answer questions after a chat session. These questions are pre-stored. There is no limit for the number of surveys, but only one survey can be active at a given point of time. The subsequent sections discuss this feature in detail.
The first step in creating a survey is to add the survey in to the system. It is obvious to give a name to survey. There is also the provision to add a description. This can simply be a request to the visitors to participate in the survey or a brief description about the survey itself.
There is also an option to show the results of any survey to any visitor. Selecting an option from "Show results to Visitor" dropdown can set this up. If this option is set to "Enabled", the results for the survey will be shown to the visitors in the chat window itself.
The survey can be set to active by checking the "Activate the Survey" check box. Only an ACTIVE survey will be shown to the visitors.
