This feature enables auto engagement of visitors after a chat session is initiated and before they are attended to. This helps in holding the visitors before an operator attends them. Mioot will automatically populate pre-set messages at pre-defined time intervals. These messages and the time interval between them can be customized using this interface at customer control panel at any point of time. For optimization purpose, Mioot restricts the number of messages to four and after that, the system will automatically load the offline form.
Quick Tips to Modify Holding Message
1. Sign in to cusotmer control panel.
2. Click the settings menu and select the submeny Holding messages.
3. Modify the WELCOME message based on your prodcut and websites and Holding Messages.
4. Click the UPDATE HOLDING MESSAGE
