Any number of questions cab be added to a particular survey. The question types are limited to only to single and multiple answer types for easy manipulation and reporting purpose. A survey can have both single and multiple answer questions. Enter the question, select the answer type (single or multiple), and enter the answers and press "Add question" button to add a question. Any number of questions can be added in the same way. There is a preview option to view the actual appearance of the questionnaire.
These created questions cab be edited / deleted at any point of time. Use the edit 
and delete 
icons for this purpose.
