The operators can request any visitor who is navigating in your website for a chat session. To invite a visitor, select the visitor from the list and press "Invite chat" Icon (image) from the tool bar. When a visitor was invited a moving image will appear in the visitor's current page. Visitor can accept the chat by clicking on the image or can deny the chat by closing the image. The image will disappear if the visitor not responded with in 60 seconds and operator will be notified as "No Chat ".
Here, with this interface at customer control panel,, the invitation image can be personalized to match the web pages. Mioot provides a set of images to select from and the color and the image can be changed at any point of time. There is also provision to upload and use custom-designed images.
Auto-invitation
Also, miOOt comes with auto-invite function. Which means, the system will automatically send a chat invitation request when a visitor is spending some time on any monitored web page. This time can also be set and changed along with the showing time. This function can be disabled at any point of time by deselecting the "Enable auto-invitation" check box
