The operators in the list can be deleted or edited at any point of time. Just click the delete
icon to delete any operator. For the record purpose, miOOt system will not remove the operator completely when deleted. Instead, it will change the status to "disabled" which means, that particular operator will not be able to login again. The same operator can be activated again by changing the status to "enabled" using edit option.
In the same way, any operator detail can be modified at any point of time. This is useful in assigning / reassigning departments and change the other available details like e-mail, photo etc. To edit an operator, go to "operator list" from the menu tree in the customer control panel , click the edit
icon, enter the new values and changes and click the "update operator" button. The changes will be updated with immediate effect. The login details can also be changed in the same way here.
