The operators can request any visitor who is navigating in your website for a chat session. To invite a visitor, select the visitor from the list and press "Invite chat" Icon 
from the tool bar. When a visitor was invited a moving image will appear in the visitor's current page. Visitor can accept the chat by clicking on the image or can deny the chat by closing the image. The image will disappear if the visitor not responded with in 60 seconds and operator will be notified as "No Chat "
