The Presence of “notes” icon means, an operator has already written a note about that particular visitor. This can be viewed at info panel >> Contact.
History
The presence of ”history” icon means the visitor has already visited the web site.
To view history for a particular visitor, Select the visitor from the list and click “History” from the bottom tool bar.
City
This column will show you the City from which the visitor is browsing your website.
Region
This column will show you the State / Province from which the visitor is browsing your website.
Country
This column will show you the country from which the visitor is browsing your website.
Department
This column will show you the department required to handle the visitor.
Departments
A website can be divided in to many departments based on the skill required to handle the visitors. The departments can be created in the customer control panel
A unique image and watchdog codes will be generated automatically for every Department created and can be found at customer control panel. Then, These codes can be integrated in the corresponding web pages. To know more about departments , Click here.
Visitor
This column will show you the name of the visitor. You will get the real name only if the chat session is engaged with that particular visitor. The visitor will be asked to fill in a name before the chat session and the nickname will be updated immediately. Otherwise, visitors ill be represented by auto generated visitor numbers
Status
This column will show you what exactly the visitor is doing at that time. The available statuses are
# Browsing
The visitor is navigating through the pages.
# Invited
The visitor is invited for a chat session by one of the operators.
# Requested
The visitor has requested a chat session.
# Chatting
The visitor is chatting with one of the operators. (Nickname column will be updated at this point)
# Declined
The operator has declined a chat request from a visitor
# Chat end
The visitor has completed a chat session
# No Chat
The visitor has denied the request for a chat session by one of the operators
# Accepted
The visitor has accepted the request for a chat session by one of the operators
# Redirected
The visitor is redirected to an offline message form.
# Conference End
The visitor has just finished a conference session.
# Forwarding
The chat session for that visitor is forwarded to another operator
# DCR (Direct Chat Request)
The Visitor has requested a chat session with a particular operator.
(This is added feature through which a visitor can invite any online operator for a chat session)
Operator
This column will show you the name of the operator who is currently chatting with the visitor
In time
This column will show you the in time of the visitor to your website.
Chat time
This column will show you the total time spent by the visitor in the recent chat session
Wait time
This column will show you the time between a chat session request by the visitor and he/she is engaged by one of the operators for a chat session.
Viewed
This column will show you the total number web pages visited in the current session. The details of the pages can be viewed by clicking the “navigation “ tab in the info panel
Current page
This column will show you the web page in which the visitor currently is.
