Online Chat Button

Chat buttons are the images those will be shown on the web pages, which are under surveillance, by miOOt. These images are normally in pairs for online and offline statuses. MiOOt provides few sets of theses images with the system. Any of these pairs can be chosen to match the look and feel of the WebPages. Also, customers can upload their own images and use it. Please make sure that the image size is less than 100 KB and the format is .jpg before uploading custom images. The Optimum dimensions would be of width 76 pixels and height 76 pixels

Also, using this interface, one can set the available timings of the operators and time zone. This is only to intimate the timings to the visitors and will not change the status. The status will be changed only after all the operators are logged out. Both the images and the timings can be changed at any point of time.

Quick steps to modify the default online chat image

1. Signin to customer control panel
2. Home >> Settings >> chat button
3. Update your Online chat button from Image Gallery
