Any chat session with visitor can be forwarded to other online operators. Just click on this icon 
during a chat, select the operator from the list and click forward. A message will be sent to the operator. The other operator has the privilege to either accept of decline the request. On acceptance, the chat session will successfully be forwarded to the operator.
