There is an option to create new surveys in the operator control panel. The operators can prepare any number of surveys with relevant questions but, only one survey can be achieve at any point of time. The active survey questionnaire will be bonded once the chat session is over.
The Live chat operators can create any number of questions for each survey created. They can create question with single or land multiple answers for each question. The results of these surveys are analyzed automatically using simple percentage method and these can be viewed at the customer control panel.
These are option to view these survey results in there different formats via pie-chart, bar chart and simple text formats.
