This section of the mioot live chat software’s control panel deals with the detailed session reports and chat handled for all the created operators on a day to day basis. It will also be possible to fetch out report for any particular operator for a selected period of time.

 

The liveoperator reports for any selected criteria are generated in such a way that the session reports are listed for each operator. It will also be possible to filter out the reports for any single operator for any selected period of time.

 

Based on these reports, it will be easy to estimate the performance of each operator.

 

The analysis will include the total number of hours spend with the live chat software for any given day, the number of chats handled in each of the logged in session by all the operators, and all the chat transcripts for any operator in the selected session.
