Operators will be able to load WebPages into the visitor’s browser during a chat session using the push URL option. Consider a scenario where the operator needs to show contents of any WebPages to a visitor during a chat session. With push URL option, the operators can load the WebPages in the visitor’s browser during instead of just sending the link.

There is an icon provided at the bottom of the chat panel and before passing any URL, operators can also write down a simple description of the webpage to make things easier for the recipients.

Also, recently used URLs can be found as a dropdown and thus operators an simply select the desired URL from the dropdown list and send it to the visitor. This feature will save time for both.
