Yes. You can have all your settings even after you free trail expires. But, The time is limited to 30 days and you will loose all your settings after 30 days.
All you have to do is to copy and paste the watchdog and image tag codes in to the web pages you want to monitor. You will receive these codes upon registration. You can also take the codes from the application window through settings >> site integration.

operator console. Even you can see the history in the customer control
