The incoming chat requests can be handled in two different ways via query based and request based. In the case of answering the chat requests based on requests received the operators can either select from the available requests in the list of visitors or accept the chat.
The visitors list can be sorted out on statuses and then, the operators can choose among the visitors with the status “requested” and accept the chat. In this case, it is the operators who will decide which visitor to be answered first.
The other option is a query based where the mioot live chat system will decide which chat request should be answered first. All the chat requests received will be handled automatically and answered based on the time of request. The primary aim of this feature is to answer all the incoming chat requests without missing any.
