Mioot live chat software comes with a feature to include the live chat option directly from the emails seat. The recipient of the sent emails can chat with the online operators from the email they have received. In this way, customers will be able t chat and clarify things immediately from their emails itself and it is not necessary for them to visit the website to chat or wait for the email reply.

In order to enable this feature, a separate HTML file needs to be created from the control panel and that file can be included a signature in the email program. Any image and/or list can be used to create the signature file.

This is a one time process and once completed all the emails sent after the completion will have the live chat enabled signatures at the buttons of the message and the recipients can call for a chat from their email program itself instantly.
