Mioot live chat software has developed another option to integrate e-mail ids with the mioot ticket board. Customers are allowed to use two of their e-mail ids into the live chat software system. The e-mail id’s can be either already existing or newly created.


Customers can them enter those e-mail id’s at the customer control panel. Once, updated all the e-mails sent to those e-mail id’s will automatically be redirected to the mioot ticket board. These will be simple e-mail verification procedure to enable this feature.


Once the e-mails received are moved to the ticket board, all the further communication can be followed from the ticket board it so that it is a one place and organized operation thereafter.
