Customer control panel is the backend administrative pages for the application. It is used in selling the application according to the needs and atomized the application all together.
It is designed to make the image easy and it is a browser based WebPages. The same login credentials used in the application can be used to login to this system once logged in. it will be easy to make changes and updates through detailed menu provided.
Control panel can also be used to produce and view various chat reports and visitor reports that are automatically generated. Each report comes with detailed reach functionality. Control panel can be accessed directly from the application also.
Some of the settings made here are operator specific (like canned messages ) and others are global settings for the application itself.
