Mioot has developed an option to convert any chat conversation with the website visitors/customers into an issue into the mioot live chat software’s ticket board.
This feature has been developed keeping in mind the fact that there should not be any unfinished/unanswered communication in all channels possible.
While chatting with a customer, an operator may not be able to answer one or more queries during a chat. In this kind of situation, the operators can convert those particular chat conversations into a ticket. So, that, the communication thread is not closed and kept open, and an appropriate action can be taken later. Also, if the ticket has the customer’s email, any updates made to that particular ticket will automatically be emailed to the customer so that the customer gets the update.
This feature is useful in the area of developments too. Operators may receive valuable suggestion from the visitors/customers during that and that suggestion can very well be a starting point for future development.
When this kind of chat conversation is converted into tickets, administrators can look into it and act upon it later.
These trouble tickets can be viewed at the customer control panel which provides detailed search option.
