Any chat session can be forwarded to any other live operators during a chat. Third feature is developed to enable operators to move chat session to another appropriate operator.


Chat forwarding option is useful in such a way that the visitor’s queries are answered by the expert operator. For example, during a chat with an operator from sales department, the visitors may raise a query on technical issues and at this print, the salesperson is not the right one to answer a technical question. So, the operator can transfer the chat session to another from the technical department. In this way, the visitors are given the correct information from a right source.
