Live Chat Software Features - Accept Chat
With mioot live chat software the incoming chat requests for live help can also be accepted and handled based on seniority chat request which in waiting to the accepted for a long time comparatively.
This option can be notified just by clicking one icon on the top menu panel of the operator console. The icon will show the number of chat request pending and clicking the icon will automatically accept the chat request which is pending for a long time.
When a chat request is made, the system will start calculating the time till the chat request is accepted or handled by other operators. This will give certain professional approach in handling chat requests.
