There is always a possibility that they operators can miss few of the inbound chat requests. They may not be in the seat when there is an incoming chat request. These missed chats can be viewed at the customer control panel.


For the visitors, when the chat request is missed, they will be redirected to the offline message form and these messages can be viewed at the offline messages section. Also, these will be an entry at the “missed chats” list too. The administrators can view all these missed chats for any selected period of time.

 

The report is shown with date and time of request along with the list operators who were online at the time of requests.


These reports will be helpful for the administrator to train their operators in such a way that the number of “missed chats” is reduced to zero over a period of time.

 

Also, from these reports, the operators can get in touch with the known customers via email and other modes.
